Terms and Conditions

CC Ward Account:

 

Once a C.C. Ward Account has been opened, a statement will be rendered monthly and will include all transactions up to and including the closing date shown.  The closing balance will be payable by the due date which is on the 20th of the Month following the invoice date.

 

1.Interest currently charged by C.C.Ward Ltd on any outstanding balance will be at the rate of 12% p/a. and may be subject to change.

2.The account may be closed to further purchases/credit in the event of:

  1. Failure to pay any minimum payment by the due date
  2. The credit limit being exceeded without prior arrangement. (Note: payment of arrears of excess over the credit limit before the next due date may cause the account to be re-opened at the Credit Managers discretion.  Failure to pay arrears or excess by the next due date will cause the balance of Account to become immediately due and payable in full.)

3. Loss of the account card must be reported immediately. The account holder is liable for all charges to the account up to the time of such notification. 

4. Payment must reach C.C.Ward by the due date (20th of the month following invoice date), irrespective of the method of payment. You can pay your account by cash, cheque or eftpos at any counter, telephone or internet banking or by mailing a cheque. Please note we do not accept credit cards for payment of your monthly account.  But any payments made within 7 days of invoice can be paid by credit card. 

5. Any change of address must be notified promptly. 

6. If any person uses your C.C.Ward card, you will remain liable for the full amount of credit obtained with it.

 

 

Lay-bys:

 

Goods are held for TWO months from the date of your invoice. Payments are to be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly.  If no payment is received within the month, the goods will be returned to our stock.

We require a 20% deposit.

We will hold goods for less than the required deposit, but the balance of the deposit must be paid within 7 days to confirm the lay-by.

Lay-bys are put away at the price as invoiced.  Any later fluctuations in prices, up or down, do not affect the purchased price.

If the purchaser decides not to proceed with buying a lay-by article, C.C. Ward reserves the right to deduct from any refund owing, an amount proportionate to the value of the goods, dependant on how long the lay-by has been held. Being through loss of sale and cost of sale.

Lay-bys cannot be exchanged.

 

 

Giftcards:

 

Gift vouchers are valid indefinitely.

Gift vouchers may be exchanged for any merchandise sold in store.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or part, or be used to pay an account for gifts already purchased.

Gift vouchers have no value until validated by C.C.Wards.

Gift vouchers have no value once redeemed by C.C.Wards.
